30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must not be torn, damaged, or show any signs of wear or misuse.
- A return request must be submitted and approved before sending the item back.
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Items are not eligible for return if they:
- Have been used, worn, or washed.
- Are missing original packaging or tags.
- Show visible damage, tears, or signs of misuse not caused by us.
- Are returned without prior approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.
