Most styles come in XS–XL. Hoodies are unisex fit. Check the size chart on each product page, and if you're between sizes, DM us @4lifeisart and we'll help you pick.

Yes. Our leggings, sports bras, and compression tees are built with high-stretch performance fabrics designed to move with you through lifting, HIIT, yoga, and everything in between.
How do I care for my LiA pieces?
Machine wash cold, hang dry, and skip the fabric softener to keep the stretch and shape. Check each product's care label for specifics.

Free express shipping on US orders over $75. Orders ship within 1–3 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached. Sale items are final sale
